FAQ
Deformation of the multilayer board?
Multi-layer boards are generally not prone to deformation. Once this happens, the reasons are various. The particles in the back layer are large, and there are large and small. This is due to the asymmetric structure of the multi-layer board. , which is also the main reason for its bending deformation. It is also possible that during the manufacturing process, the local parts of the multi-layer board are unevenly dried, the moisture content is different, or the sizing is uneven, etc., which will cause the deformation of the board.
In addition, it is the deformation caused by improper hot pressing process or the influence of the press itself. During the pressing process, due to uneven pressure, too high or too low temperature will also cause its deformation. Therefore, when making multi-layer boards, the structure must be uniform and consistent, and the hot pressing process and the temperature change of the pressing plate must be correctly grasped.
